Ask a Dietitian is a monthly group session designed to give you reliable answers, build your nutrition confidence, and help you feel supported on your wellness journey. Led by a Registered Dietitian, these calls offer evidence-informed guidance in a space that’s compassionate, collaborative, and completely judgment-free. Whether you're wondering about label reading, gut health, anti-inflammatory eating, or how to build sustainable habits, you’ll walk away with practical tools you can use right away—plus the encouragement that comes from learning alongside others. This isn’t a lecture or a webinar. It’s a live, interactive space where you can: -Ask your own nutrition questions -Listen to what others are working through -Learn real-life strategies that make healthy eating feel doable -Explore topics like energy, digestion, emotional eating, and more Community-style coaching means we grow together. Everyone’s voice matters. You’ll gain not only insight from the RD, but also connection with others navigating similar challenges. Your 15-minute clarity call is a complimentary opportunity to connect, explore your wellness goals, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. To make sure each call is used meaningfully and respectfully: • Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else. • Late Cancellations: If a call is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely, we may not be able to offer another complimentary clarity call. • Respecting Time: Each clarity call is designed to stay focused and on schedule, allowing us to use our time effectively and honor other clients waiting for support. • Commitment to Connection: We value your time and energy—and appreciate the same care in return.
