Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a medical service that can only be provided by Registered Dietitian licensed in your state. Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved just for you. To maintain fairness and flow for all clients, please review the following: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged 100% of the session fee. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to honor the next client. Full payment is still required. • Commitment to Respect: Your time and wellbeing matter deeply—and so does the time of others who may be waiting for care.
