Cancellation Policy
Your 15-minute clarity call is a complimentary opportunity to connect, explore your wellness goals, and see if we’re a good fit to work together. To make sure each call is used meaningfully and respectfully: • Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to someone else. • Late Cancellations: If a call is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely, we may not be able to offer another complimentary clarity call. • Respecting Time: Each clarity call is designed to stay focused and on schedule, allowing us to use our time effectively and honor other clients waiting for support. • Commitment to Connection: We value your time and energy—and appreciate the same care in return.
